Montecalvi is an estate of ancient origin, situated just above the town of Greve in Chianti in central Tuscany. Wine has been made at Montecalvi since the 1400s.
Our Wines
Our wines have very little added and nothing taken away. Winemaking pared down to a minimum.
The same is true of our Extra Virgin Olive Oil. It is made simply by crushing olives and extracting the juice. Nothing else is required – no chemicals, no additives, no refining.
