REFUNDS AND RETURNS
Regarding Consumer Protection updated June 13, 2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract, without penalty, within 14 days of possession of the goods by sending a request to: firstname.lastname@example.org
The Professional Client cannot use the right of withdrawal.
General conditions of return
The deadline for returning the goods when exercising the right of withdrawal is 14 days.
Items subject to return must not have been used, be in absolutely the same condition as they were at the time of delivery, and must be returned in the original, properly packed box which must not be damaged externally in any way (tape, staples, etc.).
Once we receive your return request, our staff will send you an email confirmation. Unauthorized returns, products sent after the deadline, or products lacking the above requirements will not be accepted.vv The goods will then be returned to the sender.
It should also be noted that under no circumstances will COD or COD parcels be picked up.

The cost of shipping, subject to return will be borne by the customer. We always recommend that you take out freight insurance with the carrier you choose when returning goods.
Procedure to be followed
Send a withdrawal and return request to email@example.com, with the following specifications:
- Order reference data: name, date and number of the order placed
- Photos of the product and its packaging
In the email it is important to specify the type of compensation desired:
- Disbursement of a purchase voucher; this credit must be spent within one year of its generation or it will be forfeited
- Replacement of goods
- Re-credit of money: mandatory to indicate the details of a bank or postal account (IBAN Code), as well as the details of the account holder
The refund is for the price of the product and will be made within 14 days after our staff became aware of the right of withdrawal.
