Delivery time

All orders received require adequate packing and securing, which is why shipments are made within 48/72 (working) hours, from receipt of order and via Mail Boxes courier etc.

In the event that a problem occurs during transportation and the package does not arrive at its destination within the time limit, please notify us promptly. General Information

Before signing the courier receipt, please check the package carefully. If it appears damaged in any way next to the signature write the description of the damage and sign subject to inspection. Claims without markings on the delivery note will not be accepted. Delivery in 48/72 hours made in working days. Monday to Friday from 8.30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and entrusted to our trusted logistics partner Mail Boxes etc. The first delivery, is made without prior notice. In case of absence of the recipient, only the passing notice is left and, the courier retries the delivery on the next working day.

Important: Check that the shipping data entered is correct.
Very important: Always sign the receipt of the courier shipment with Reserve. It will otherwise not be possible to claim compensation for items damaged in delivery.
